A quick, simple and ultra healthy chicken salad wrap recipe
- Wrap 1
- Chicken Pre-cooked. Or turkey, etc.
- Mayo 1 tsp
How to make chicken salad wraps:
- Slice the tomato and cucumber and shred the lettuce.
- Buy ready shredded lettuce for faster cooking
- Peel, de-stone and dice up the avocado
- Put a teaspoon of mayo onto the wrap and follow with the lettuce, avocado, cucumber and tomato.
- Add on chicken.
- Wrap up and cut in half to serve
