A quick, simple and ultra healthy chicken salad sandwich recipe

How to make chicken salad sandwich:
- Slice the tomato and cucumber and shred the lettuce.
- Buy ready shredded lettuce for faster cooking
- You can optionally add in avocado: Peel, de-stone and dice up the avocado
- Spread a teaspoon of mayo onto a slice of bread and top with the lettuce, avocado, cucumber and tomato.
- Add on chicken.
- Finish with another slice of bread with mayo and then just cut in half to serve
