Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • Courgette 1
  • Mushrooms
  • Grated cheese
  • Ham
  • Pizza Topper or Tomato PureeCan also use pasta sauce

How to make Healthy Courgette Pizzas:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c
  2. Slice the courgette in half
  3. Coat the inside of the courgette with tomato puree, pizza topper or pasta sauce
  4. Sprinkle the cheese, mushrooms and ham on top, or any other pizza toppings you want
