Simple and quick Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

Here’s a quick and easy recipe to make your own homemade yummy Spaghetti Carbonara!

Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • Spaghetti 400 g
  • Bacon 150 g
  • Parmigiano cheese 40 g
  • Pecorino cheese 40 g
  • Eggs 4
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic 1

How to:

  1. Grab a bowl and mix the two eggs with the pecorino cheese, together with salt and peprer to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and bacon in a pan until crispy.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water until it’s firm but still chewy (al dente)
  4. Add the egg mixture and drained spaghetti to the frying pan and mix together for just a few minutes
  5. Serve immediately
