Turkey, bacon and avocado club sandwich

A tasty double layer club sandwich packed full of texture, flavour and protein.

Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • Bread3 slices
  • Bacon2 rashers
  • Turkey 100 gPre-cooked slices
  • Avocado 1
  • Lettuce
  • Butter

How to make the Turkey, bacon and avocado club:

  1. Grill the bacon under a high heat for 3-5 minutes either side, or until crispy
  2. Meanwhile, butter one side of one of the slices of bread. Top with lettuce leaves and the turkey breast.
  3. Butter the next slice of bread on both sides and place on top.
  4. Peel the avocado and cut into slices across horizontally.
  5. Layer the bacon on the open sandwich and top with the avocado slices.
  6. Butter the final slice of bread and top off the sandwich.
