Yummy strawberry and cream cheese sandwich recipe

Strawberries in a sandwich? Hell yeah! This delicious combo is a great and unusual sandwich filler on a summer’s day.

Directions:

1. Butter the bread using the cream or soft cheese – we used Philadelphia Light
2. Slice the strawberries and layer them on one side of the cheese covered bread
3. Optional: Add a drizzle of honey on top if you have a sweet tooth!
4. Top with remaining slice of bread and cut into two.
