  • Plain flour 3 tbsps
  • White sugar 1 tbsp
  • Dark brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • SaltJust a pinch
  • Chocolate chips

How to make a microwave chocolate chip cookie in a mug:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave
  2. Mix in the sugar, with a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix in the egg
  4. Stir in the flour
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips
  6. Microwave in 30 second blasts until warm and gooey with the chocolate melting – appliances vary!
