Paprika Chicken Salad With Avocado Recipe

To make 1 serving
- 1 Chicken or turkey fillet
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Additional choice of salad dressing
How to make a warm paprika chicken salad with avocado
- In a bowl mix the oil and spices and coat both the chicken and tomatoes in it.
- Fry the chicken (no need for more oil) on both sides for 10-15 minutes each side until fully cooked through – exact cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken breast you’re using. Alternatively cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Meanwhile, slice up the other veg and peel and cube the avocado and place it in a bowl.
- Once chicken is done, slice up and add on top.
- Add on any salad dressing you wish.
