Balti style chicken curry recipe

An easy chicken curry recipe for students: This Balti style chicken is served with rice and can be cooked up in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Chicken 350 gcan be leftover roast chicken
- Broccoli 350 g
- Canned chickpeas 400 g
- Green beans 150 gOptional
- Balti cooking sauce 500 gFrom jar
- 1/2 mug of rice (for 1 serving)
How to make Balti style chicken curry:
- If using uncooked chicken, boil in water until cooked, then put in a saucepan with the broccoli, chickpeas, green beans(optional) and sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
- Boil the rice in 1 mug of water until cooked and drain
- Serve the curry with the rice
