Boiled Egg and Salmon Wraps Recipe

A super quick and healthy salmon and egg wrap recipe that’s great for a quick lunch.

These roll ups are super tasty and perfect for brain power when revising!

  • Wrap
  • Baby spinach
  • Egg
  • Salmon

How to make Egg and Salmon Wraps:

  1. Start by boiling an egg for around 8-10 minutes, you want it hard boiled.
  2. Transfer to cold water and once cooled slightly, peel and dice up.
  3. On a wrap, layer on handfuls of baby spinach.
  4. Top with slices of smoked salmon.
  5. Finish with the diced boiled egg.
  6. Wrap up and cut in half.
