Creamy Cheese and Broccoli Pasta Recipe

Make that bland pasta dish a bit more interesting with this cheese and broccoli pasta recipe.
The best bit? It’s done in just 10 minutes!
The numbers below will make for two servings.
Ingredients
To make 2 servings
- Garlic & Herb Philadelphia or other soft cheese1/2 tub
- Two handfuls of broccoli floretsFresh or frozen
- Around 150g pasta5 big handfuls
- Salt and pepper to season
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Handfuls of grated cheese
How to make Cheese and broccoli pasta:
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Add the pasta and boil for 10 minutes.
- Chop up the broccoli and then add to the pasta for the final 3 minutes. If using from frozen, add for the final 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli then return to the pan.
- Over a very low heat, add in the butter, soft cheese and grated cheese and mix until everything is melted and covering the pasta and broccoli
- Season and serve.
- You could add in other ingredients such as cooked bacon, ham, mushroom etc.
