Chocolate Protein Oat Muffins recipe

Protein in a muffin? Try this unique recipe for a more healthier snack, coming in at just 140 calories a serving.


To make 1 serving

  • Oats 100 g
  • Granola 20 g
  • Protien powder 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  • Almond milk 150 ml

How to make Chocolate Protein Oat Muffins:

  1. Preheat the oven at gas mark 6. Excluding the Almond Milk, Mix all the ingredients together. Then gradually add the almond milk, bit by bit. Your looking for a stodgy texture, not runny.
  2. I used a muffin tray for this but you could you a cupcake tray or something similar. Spoon the mixture on to the muffin tray and place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Once they look toasty on top, remove them from the oven and leave them to stand for 5 minutes before taking them out. Store in an air tight container.
