Cumin chicken and avocado salad

A super easy 10 minute warm cumin spiced chicken and tomato salad recipe with avocado.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Chicken or turkey fillets 1
- Oil 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Baby tomatoes
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Red onion
How to make a cumin chicken and avcoado salad
- In a bowl mix the oil and spices and coat in both the chicken and tomatoes with it.
- Fry the chicken (no need for more oil) on both sides for around 10 minutes each side until fully cooked through. Exact cooking time will depend on size.
- Add in the tomatoes for the last few minutes of cooking, making sure to repeatedly move them around to avoid burning.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice up the red onion and peel, de-stone and cube the avocado. Place it in a bowl on top of the lettuce.
- Once chicken is done, slice up and add on top with the tomatoes.
- Add on any salad dressing you wish.
