Easy Simple Chicken or Turkey Curry Recipe

This one-pot, quick and easy curry recipe can be cooked with either chicken or turkey.

Eat on its own, with rice, naans or whatever else may take your fancy.


To make 4 servings

  • Diced chicken/turkey 400 g
  • Curry powder 2 tbsps
  • Tumeric 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Yoghurt 5 tbsps
  • 1 OnionDiced
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Oil 1 tbsp

How to make easy chicken/turkey curry

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil over a medium heat for 5 or so minutes until onion is softened
  2. OPTIONAL: You could also add in some other veg, especially if it needs using up, such as peas or even mushrooms.
  3. Add in the chicken or turkey, spices and yoghurt and give it all a good stir.
  4. Cover and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken/turkey is cooked and sauce has thickened. Stir every 5 minutes or so.
  5. Serve, optionally with rice!
