Easy ham and cheese croissants recipe

These super easy ham and ‘croissants’ using puff pastry take less than 15 minutes. Tasty.

While we’ve used ham and cheese you can experiment with whatever you like, for example you can use a spoonful of Nutella or chocolate for a sweet croissant.


To make 1 serving

  • Puff pastry
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Eggor milk

How to make easy ham and cheese croissants:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into large-ish squares and then cut each square diagonally to leave you with two triangles.
  3. Place the ham and cheese, or other filling, at the wider end of the triangle.
  4. Starting from the wider end, rolling up the pastry.
  5. Bend slightly into a crescent shape and place on a grease baking tray.
  6. Brush of beaten egg or milk
  7. Bake for 10 or so minutes until golden.
