Easy to make homemade Swiss Roll Recipe

To make 1 serving

  • Caster sugar 50 g
  • Flour 50 g
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Jam

How to make easy Swiss Roll:

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs all together into a runny batter
  2. Pour onto a lined baking tray
  3. Bake in the oven at about 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden – check on it regularly!
  4. Remove and spread over the jam.
  5. Roll up and enjoy warm or leave to cool!
