- Caster sugar 50 g
- Flour 50 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Jam
How to make easy Swiss Roll:
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs all together into a runny batter
- Pour onto a lined baking tray
- Bake in the oven at about 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden – check on it regularly!
- Remove and spread over the jam.
- Roll up and enjoy warm or leave to cool!
