An easy to make sandwich filler with boiled egg.

Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • Roll 1
  • Boiled Egg 1
  • Mayo 2 tbsps
  • Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Mash up the boiled egg with a fork.
  2. Add in the mayo and season with a little salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix it all together and stick it in a roll or sandwich.
