- 12 Fish Fingers
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- Two tins baked beans
- Grated cheese
- Milk, butter or cream (optional)For creamy mash
- BBQ,hot or worcestershire Sauce (optional)
How to make Fish Finger Pie:
- Cook the fish fingers per pack instructions
- In the meantime, peel and dice up the potatoes into small cubes.
- Boil the potatoes over the hob until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and return potatoes to the pan and mash. Optionally add a splash of milk, a knob of butter or some fresh cream for extra creamy mash.
- Place the fish fingers in an oven-proof fish and top with the beans. Optionally stir in some BBQ, hot or Worcestershire sauce to the beans.
