Fully loaded Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

A vegetarian friendly fully loaded sandwich that doesn’t hold back on the taste
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Roll 1
- Mushrooms
- Tomato
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Butter 1 tbsp
How to make Fully loaded Mushroom Sandwiches:
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, season to taste
- Slice the tomato and add to the frying pan for a minute either side
- Remove the mushrooms and tomato and set aside
- Slice the roll and fry in the pan open side down for a few minutes until toasted
- Assemble the sandwiches starting with the lettuce, then tomato then mushrooms and finally the cheese.
