Think of it as a tasty alternative to a full fry up, with bacon, eggs and mushrooms.

To make 1 serving
- Bread 1 slice
- Bacon 2 slices
- Mushrooms 4
- Egg 1
How to make a healthy fried breakfast sandwich:
- Toast the slice of your favourite bread
- Cook the bacon per pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, slice up the mushrooms and make a poached egg.
- Butter the toast and top with the bacon, then the mushrooms and finally the egg.
- Enjoy!
