Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • Bag of Noodles
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dark Soy Sauce
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Garlic Granules
  • Ginger Powder
  • Thai Sweet Chilli sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Bag of mixed veg/ Stir Fry veg

How to make egg fried noodles:

  1. Chop the onions
  2. Add the olive oil to the wok until hot then add the eggs make sure you scramble them so constantly stir it in the wok. Now add the chopped onions.
  3. Add a dash of ginger powder and garlic granules.
  4. Then add the vegetables stir until nearly cooked now add the noodles.
  5. Add both Soy sauces to the wok, stirring well so all the noodles soak up the sauce now add the sweet chilli sauce and salt and pepper.
  6. Keep stirring until cooked- the cooking should take about 10-15 mins or even less. You can add more soy sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli as required.
