Honey cornflake chicken recipe

This simple recipe is one way to level up a standard chicken breast.
Combine crunchy cornflakes with sweet honey for this delicious coated chicken recipe.
Serve with some delicious veggies, a salad, rice or potatoes.

To make 1 serving
- Chicken breast
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- Cornflakes
- SeasoningSalt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder to taste
How to make honey cornflake chicken
- Dry the chicken breast(s) on a paper towel
- In a sandwich bag or bowl, add a handful of cornflakes and crunch up.
- Combine the crunched cornflakes with a pinch (or more or less to taste) of salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- In a another bowl, mix the milk and honey.
- Coat the chicken breasts first in the milk and honey mix and then cover in the crushed cornflakes.
- Bake on a tray for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees (180 degrees for fan ovens) until chicken is fully cooked through.
