Pasta Alfredo with Asparagus

This pasta sounds deceitfully fancy when actually, it’s really easy to make.

Even if you’re not a fan of asparagus, the flavour will be very subtle, submerged under the pasta’s rich creamy texture.


To make 1 serving

  • British double cream
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Fettucine (or tagliatelle) pasta
  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • Red pepper

How to make Pasta Alfredo with Asparagus easy:

  1. Chop the garlic, asparagus, mushrooms and pepper
  2. Pour 200-300 ml of double cream in a pan
  3. Add the grated parmesan cheese and garlic
  4. Once the sauce is simmering, add the pasta and mushrooms
  5. Lastly, add the asparagus and red pepper and let the ensemble cook for 15 minutes
  6. Serve the meal whilst hot and buon appetito!
