Pasta Alfredo with Asparagus

This pasta sounds deceitfully fancy when actually, it’s really easy to make.
Even if you’re not a fan of asparagus, the flavour will be very subtle, submerged under the pasta’s rich creamy texture.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- British double cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Fettucine (or tagliatelle) pasta
- Mushrooms
- Asparagus
- Red pepper
How to make Pasta Alfredo with Asparagus easy:
- Chop the garlic, asparagus, mushrooms and pepper
- Pour 200-300 ml of double cream in a pan
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and garlic
- Once the sauce is simmering, add the pasta and mushrooms
- Lastly, add the asparagus and red pepper and let the ensemble cook for 15 minutes
- Serve the meal whilst hot and buon appetito!
