Peanut Butter Chicken Stir-Fry

Stirfries provide a quick and health meal, they can sometimes be boring, here’s one recipe that’s sure to make any chicken stirfry a little bit more interesting
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Cooked noodleOr ric
- Celery 100 g
- Onion 50 g
- Cooked chicken 350 gOr turkey
- Mushrooms 100 g
- Peanuts 100 g
- Soy sauce 3 tbsps
Directions:
- Melt butter in wok or skillet.
- Stir-fry celery and onions.
- Add chicken and mushrooms and stir over lowered heat 5 minutes.
- Combine (in separate bowl) cornstarch, soy sauce, and broth; slowly add to hot mixture in wok and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in peanuts.
- Serve over rice or noodles
