Quick and easy Vegetarian bolognese sauce

How to make a quick and easy Vegetarian bolognese sauce, to serve with spaghetti, pasta, jacket potato or just to eat on its own!
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Tin chopped tomatoes
- Half a chopped onion
- 2 handfuls Quorn mince
- A chopped courgette
- Tablespoon tomato puree
- Mixed herbs
- Half a stock cube
- Small glass water
- Tbsp oil
How to make Vegetarian bolognese sauce:
- Soften the onion in the oil.
- Add all of the other ingredients (crumble in the stock cube) bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
- Serve with pasta, spaghetti, jacket potato, or pitta bread.
