Salsa scrambled eggs recipe

Make scrambled eggs a bit more interesting with this Salsa twist!
Serve on toast for a quick and simple breakfast or enjoy alongside some bacon and avocado.
The ingredients below will make for the one serving.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- 2-3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Salsa
- Handful of Grated cheese
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt & pepper
How to make salsa scrambled eggs:
- Melt a teaspoon of butter or oil in a pan over a medium-low heat.
- In a bowl, crack in 2-3 eggs and beat well with a fork. Season with salt and pepper
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and continuously scramble it with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Once little to no liquid is left but the eggs are still wet, remove from the heat.
- Continue to stir and add in the cheese, continuously fold everything together.
- Plate and top with the salsa. Alternatively, mix the salsa in with the eggs together with the cheese.
- Optionally serve on toast or with crispy bacon and avocado.
