Quick And Easy Cheesy Scrambled Egg Recipe

Here’s a 5 minute scrambled egg meal that’s great for breakfast (or any other time of day!)
Take standard scrambled eggs up a level with this simple recipe.
For one serving, use 2-3 eggs and a handful of grated cheese.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Eggs2-3 per person
- Grated cheeseHandful per person
- ButterOr olive oil
- Salt and pepper
How to make Scrambled Eggs With Cheese:
- Heat a little oil or butter over a medium-low heat in a frying pan
- Meanwhile whisk the eggs in a bowl, jug or mug. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- If not already, grate the cheese so its ready to go.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble it with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Once little to no liquid is left but the eggs are still wet, remove from the heat.
- Mix in the grated cheese until you’ve got a yummy melting scrambled egg.
- Pour onto toast and optionally season further to taste.
