Sticky BBQ chicken wrap recipe

Make this very tasty sticky BBQ chicken and crunchy salad wrap recipe

We used Sticky Sweet BBQ Birdseye Chicken Chargrills which take just 20 minutes to cook in the oven.


To make 1 serving

  • Sticky Sweet BBQ Birdseye Chicken Chargrills 2
  • Tortilla wraps 2
  • Red onionHalf
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado 1
  • Mayo or sour creamOptional

How to make sticky BBQ chicken wrap:

  1. Cook the chicken per pack instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, finely slice up half a red onion.
  3. Slice the avocado in half, peel and de-stone.
  4. Cut each half into horizontal slices
  5. On a tortilla, place lettuce, sliced onion and top of dollops of mayo, sour cream or other favourite sauce.
  6. Slice up the chicken breast on top.
  7. Add in the slices of avocado between the chicken slices.
  8. OPTIONALLY top with some grated cheese.
  9. Wrap up and tuck in!
