  • Chicken breast
  • Bell pepper 1
  • Egg 1

How to make Chicken Bell Pepper & Boiled Egg Salad:

  1. Boil an egg in a pot of water
  2. While the egg boils, fry up some chicken in a pan (seasoning as needed). This recipe is great if you have any leftover chicken that just needs to be reheated.
  3. Chop up the bell pepper into long strips and add into the frying pan once the chicken is no longer raw
  4. When the egg is completely boiled, remove the shell and tear into small bits
  5. Mix the pepper, egg, and chicken on a plate & enjoy!
