Ingredients

- Chicken breast
- Bell pepper 1
- Egg 1
How to make Chicken Bell Pepper & Boiled Egg Salad:
- Boil an egg in a pot of water
- While the egg boils, fry up some chicken in a pan (seasoning as needed). This recipe is great if you have any leftover chicken that just needs to be reheated.
- Chop up the bell pepper into long strips and add into the frying pan once the chicken is no longer raw
- When the egg is completely boiled, remove the shell and tear into small bits
- Mix the pepper, egg, and chicken on a plate & enjoy!
