Turn vegetables into some yummy and crunch crisps with this simple recipe.


To make 1 serving

  • Parsnips
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Fry lightOr oil
  • Salt

How to make Vegetable Crisps from sweet potato and parsnips:

  1. Cut the ends off of the parsnips and sweet potatoes and peel them.
  2. Using the veg peeler, peel the sweet potatoes and parsnips into very thin strips.
  3. Leave them on kitchen roll to dry out for five minutes.
  4. Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Put the veg on the tray and season with salt.
  6. Put them in the oven at 200 degrees for fifteen or so minutes – until they look like crisps.
