  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Courgette 1
  • Curry paste of your choice

How to make Vegetarian Cauliflower Curry:

  1. Fry the onion (chopped) in a dessert-spoonful of the curry paste for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the other vegetables, all chopped.
  3. Add in some water (enough to just cover the veg) and stir
  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice, or with bread, or alone as it is.
