Vegetarian Stroganoff student recipe

Inspired by Eastern European cuisine, this vegetarian stroganoff makes for a great lunch alternative or a light supper.
Ingredients
To make 1 serving
- Sour cream 500
- Worcester sauce 5 tbsps(some grocery shops sell anchovy-free versions; or as an alternative use vegetable stock cubes)
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Peppers
- Gnocchi
How to make Vegetarian Stroganoff:
- Slice the onions, mushrooms and peppers
- Mix together the sour cream and Worcester sauce or vegetable stock cubes and bake the onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes
- Add the gnocchi and peppers
- Stir together and cook for 10 minutes
- Garnish with some parsley (if you feel so inclined) and ready to serve!
