Paprika Chicken Salad With Avocado Recipe

This healthy and very easy paprika chicken salad recipe with avocado will take less than 30 minutes.

  • 1 Chicken or turkey fillet
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Additional choice of salad dressing

How to make a warm paprika chicken salad with avocado

  1. In a bowl mix the oil and spices and coat both the chicken and tomatoes in it.
  2. Fry the chicken (no need for more oil) on both sides for 10-15 minutes each side until fully cooked through – exact cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken breast you’re using. Alternatively cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
