This fried banana recipe may contain plenty of fruit but it’s not all that healthy, we’ve got to be honest.
- Banana 1
- Flour 5 tbsps
- Sugar Optional 2 tsps
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Add the flour into the bowl with about 5 tablespoons of water. Mix well until you have a slightly runny batter – add more water if needs be. Add in the sugar here too if you want.
- Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
- Cut the bananas into quarters (cut in half lengthways then in half in the middle).
- Dip the banana pieces into the batter, let any excess drip off and then fry them until golden and crispy.
