Fun Egg in the hole recipe!

Here’s a fun twist on fried eggs on toast to fry for breakfast tomorrow!

Ingredients

  • Bread 1 slice
  • Egg 1

Directions:

  1. Melt some butter or oil over a medium heat in a frying pan
  2. Cut out a hole in the centre of a slice of bread with the rim of a glass
  3. Put the bread in the pan and crack an egg into it.
  4. Cook for about 30 seconds to a minute until the bottom has sent and then – carefully! – flip it over.
  5. Continuing cooking on both sides until golden brown.
