Here’s a fun twist on fried eggs on toast to fry for breakfast tomorrow!
- Bread 1 slice
- Egg 1
- Melt some butter or oil over a medium heat in a frying pan
- Cut out a hole in the centre of a slice of bread with the rim of a glass
- Put the bread in the pan and crack an egg into it.
- Cook for about 30 seconds to a minute until the bottom has sent and then – carefully! – flip it over.
- Continuing cooking on both sides until golden brown.
