- Oats 100 g
- Granola 20 g
- Protien powder 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1 tsp
- Almond milk 150 ml
How to make Chocolate Protein Oat Muffins:
- Preheat the oven at gas mark 6. Excluding the Almond Milk, Mix all the ingredients together. Then gradually add the almond milk, bit by bit. Your looking for a stodgy texture, not runny.
- I used a muffin tray for this but you could you a cupcake tray or something similar. Spoon the mixture on to the muffin tray and place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Once they look toasty on top, remove them from the oven and leave them to stand for 5 minutes before taking them out. Store in an air tight container.
