How to make chocolate tart student dessert recipe:

  1. In a mixing bowl, heat 100g of the butter for 20-30 seconds in a microwave to soften/slightly melt it (or just leave it out for a bit at room temperature)
  2. Meanwhile, place the biscuits in a sandwich bag or similar and smash them up. Use a rolling pin, your fists, anything!

  4. Mix the crumbs into the butter thoroughly to make a sticky mixture.
  5. Using your hands, build up a layer of the biscuit and butter mix about half a centiremete thick at the bottom and around the edge of a grease-poof/baking paper lined baking tin or bowl.
  6. Use your fingers to flatten the mixture around the base and push up against the sides. Don’t worry about the edges looking uneven and sorry for themselves, that can be fixed later!
  7. Place the case in the fridge to set

  13. It’ll look a bit disgusting at first but after 90 seconds to 2 minutes you’ll end up with a thick-ish dark brown chocolately mixture.
