These tuna and mayo ‘burritos’ are made with Italian gnocchi.
Okay, so they’re a dubious idea of a burrito but that doesn’t take away from how ruddy nice they taste – and they take just a few minutes to make up from scratch too.
The ingredients below will make for two burritos.
- 1 small can tuna
- 2 handfuls gnocchi
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 1 can sweetcorn
How to make Tuna Mayo ‘Burritos’:
- Boil the gnocchi in salted water for 4-5 minutes
- Drain the gnocchi and add tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise to the pan
- Combine the ingredients and spoon into the tortilla wraps
