Tuna Mayo ‘Burritos’ recipe

These tuna and mayo ‘burritos’ are made with Italian gnocchi.

Okay, so they’re a dubious idea of a burrito but that doesn’t take away from how ruddy nice they taste – and they take just a few minutes to make up from scratch too.

The ingredients below will make for two burritos.

Ingredients

To make 1 serving

  • 1 small can tuna
  • 2 handfuls gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 1 can sweetcorn

How to make Tuna Mayo ‘Burritos’:

  1. Boil the gnocchi in salted water for 4-5 minutes
  2. Drain the gnocchi and add tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise to the pan
  3. Combine the ingredients and spoon into the tortilla wraps
  4. Serve
