Balti style chicken

An easy chicken curry recipe for students: This Balti style chicken is served with rice and can be cooked up in just 15 minutes.


  • Chicken can be leftover roast chicken 350 g
  • Broccoli 350 g
  • Canned chickpeas 400 g
  • Green beans Optional 150 g
  • Balti cooking sauce From jar 500 g
  • 1/2 mug of rice (for 1 serving)

How to make Balti style chicken curry:

  1. If using uncooked chicken, boil in water until cooked, then put in a saucepan with the broccoli, chickpeas, green beans(optional) and sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
  2. Boil the rice in 1 mug of water until cooked and drain
  3. Serve the curry with the rice
