A tasty and easy to follow Ham and Cheese Frittata recipe for students
- Black pepper
- Chop chunks of cheese into little cubes and put them in the base of the ramekin
- Chop up the ham and scatter it on top of the cheese
- Mix up the egg in a jug with the black pepper and a bit of butter and milk then pour it into the ramekin on top of the ham and cheese.
- Put it in the oven on gas mark 7 for about half an hour until it has risen and has go golden on top (will take longer depending on how well you want it done)
