Here’s an unusual quick pizza recipe: Healthy Courgette pizzas!
No need for dough here!
- Courgette 1
- Grated cheese
- Pizza Topper or Tomato Puree Can also use pasta sauce
How to make Healthy Courgette Pizzas:
- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Slice the courgette in half
- Coat the inside of the courgette with tomato puree, pizza topper or pasta sauce
- Sprinkle the cheese, mushrooms and ham on top, or any other pizza toppings you want
- Put in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted
