Make this yummy vegetarian cauliflower curry in just 20 minutes!
- Cauliflower 1
- Onion 1
- Carrot 1
- Courgette 1
- Curry paste of your choice
How to make Vegetarian Cauliflower Curry:
- Fry the onion (chopped) in a dessert-spoonful of the curry paste for about 5 minutes.
- Add in the other vegetables, all chopped.
- Add in some water (enough to just cover the veg) and stir
- Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice, or with bread, or alone as it is.
