Spaghetti Carbonara

Here’s a quick and easy recipe to make your own homemade yummy Spaghetti Carbonara!


  • Spaghetti 400 g
  • Bacon 150 g
  • Parmigiano cheese 40 g
  • Pecorino cheese 40 g
  • Eggs 4
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic 1
  1. Grab a bowl and mix the two eggs with the pecorino cheese, together with salt and peprer to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and bacon in a pan.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until it’s firm but still chewy (al dente)
  4. Add the egg mixture and spaghetti to the frying pan and mix together for just a few minutes
  5. Serve immediately
