- Spaghetti 400 g
- Bacon 150 g
- Parmigiano cheese 40 g
- Pecorino cheese 40 g
- Eggs 4
- Olive oil
- Garlic 1
- Grab a bowl and mix the two eggs with the pecorino cheese, together with salt and peprer to taste.
- Meanwhile, fry the garlic and bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water until it’s firm but still chewy (al dente)
- Add the egg mixture and drained spaghetti to the frying pan and mix together for just a few minutes
- Serve immediately
