An easy to make tropical smoothie recipe with mango and pineapple, great for the summer months!
This soothie recipe will make two good glasses full.
- Mango (or a handful of frozen pieces) 1
- Banana 1
- Pineapple (or tin of pieces) 1
- Orange Juice
- Yoghurt 3 tbsps
How to make a Tropical Breakfast Smoothie:
- Peel and chop all of your fruit, or pop it straight in from frozen (a great way to make smoothies economically is to buy fruit frozen – aldi do a great variety).
- Add it to a blender alongside your juice and yoghurt and blend for 20 seconds or so & it’s ready to serve.
