Tropical Breakfast Smoothie recipe

An easy to make tropical smoothie recipe with mango and pineapple, great for the summer months!

This soothie recipe will make two good glasses full.

Ingredients

  • Mango (or a handful of frozen pieces) 1
  • Banana 1
  • Pineapple (or tin of pieces) 1
  • Orange Juice
  • Yoghurt 3 tbsps

How to make a Tropical Breakfast Smoothie:

  1. Peel and chop all of your fruit, or pop it straight in from frozen (a great way to make smoothies economically is to buy fruit frozen – aldi do a great variety).
  2. Add it to a blender alongside your juice and yoghurt and blend for 20 seconds or so & it’s ready to serve.
