  • Potatoes (peeled, or with skins on)
  • Oil (olive, vegetable, or sunflower oil)

How to make Chunky Homemade Oven Chips:

  1. Cut Potatoes into chip shapes, wedge style.
  2. Spread out a tablespoon of oil onto a baking tray.
  3. Place the chips on top, trying to coat a little in the oil.
  4. Cook in a very hot oven for about 40 minutes or until fluffy inside.
