Fully loaded Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

A vegetarian friendly fully loaded sandwich that doesn’t hold back on the taste

Ingredients

  • Roll 1
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Butter 1 tbsp

How to make Fully loaded Mushroom Sandwiches:

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, season to taste
  3. Slice the tomato and add to the frying pan for a minute either side
  4. Remove the mushrooms and tomato and set aside

  6. Slice the roll and fry in the pan open side down for a few minutes until toasted
  7. Assemble the sandwiches starting with the lettuce, then tomato then mushrooms and finally the cheese.
