A very quick student snack recipe: Pan fried Halloumi and red peppers.

How to make pan fried Halloumi and red peppers:
- Chop the red pepper in half and cook in the frying pan for about 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Then slice 2 thick slices of halloumi and place them in the frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Then plate up the red peppers and place the halloumi inside. Tastes amazing!
