Turkey, Bacon and Avocado grills

Turkey Breast Avo

A delicious grilled sandwich snack that’s healthy, yummy and high in protein.

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta loaf
  • Turkey breast 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Avocado 1
  • Bacon
  • Cheese Sliced

Directions:

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf and grill under a high heat for a few minutes until toasted. Alternatively, just toast some bread
  2. Grill the turkey breast and bacon on for around 3-5 minutes each side or until done
  3. Meanwhile, peel and stone the avocado, slicing finely, also slice the tomato
  4. Remove the bacon from the grill but keep the turkey under the heat and add the slices of cheese for a minute or two until melted
  5. Assemble the grills starting with the bread, turkey, tomato, avocado and top with the bacon
