- Straight to wok noodles
- Stir fry chicken
- Spring onions
- Hoisin sauce
How to make Chinese noodle stir fry
- Cut up the chicken and slice up the spring onions finely.
- Heat some oil over a high heat in a woke and fry the chicken for a few minutes.
- Add in the hoisin sauce and spring onions
- After a couple more minutes, add in the noddles, and optionally more sauce
- Cook for a further 1-2 minutes before serving.
