- Sundried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice (Optional)
How to make Quinoa and Kale chicken salad lunch:
- Bring a pan of water to boil and put in 1 cup of quinoa for 15 minutes – until fluffy
- Heat a pan of oil and cook the chicken for 10 minutes
- Dice cucumbers and sundried tomato
- Mix quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes and chicken in a bowl
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice!
